If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.)

To return any item, please email Customer Service or call us at 340.774.5307 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.

If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, Palm Jewelers, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be charged to the customer.


Fast, Reliable Shipping
Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Though rarely a concern, when an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. All orders are shipped USPS Priority, Express or Global.

All orders are shipped fully insured and are packaged and checked in the presence of two employees.


Rush Orders
Palm Jewelers can offer rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge of $15.00 over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at info@palmjewelers.com to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery. Please note however: we may require up to two business days for the preparation of your order.

The billing address we receive from you must match your credit card statement billing address exactly or your order will not be processed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). We only charge your order to your credit card when we ship your order, with the following exceptions:

1. Special order, custom made items, which are non-cancelable or non-returnable.
2. Made to order items, which have extended delivery dates beyond the number of days that the credit card authorization will remain valid. These items will be charged prior to shipping, all others will be charged only when we ship your order).
